Looking Back at TAIMOLD 2026 — Taipei International Mold & Smart Forming Equipment Show
During this year’s exhibition, Mr. Lin Dang-Cai, Chairman of Xin-Xing Precision Industrial Co., Ltd., was invited to participate in the 2026 Mold Industry Transformation Workshop, where he shared his insights on “The Development of Taiwan’s Mold Industry and the Understanding Required for Digital Transformation.”
As the global manufacturing environment continues to change rapidly, the mold industry must not only continue to accumulate expertise in design, machining, and manufacturing, but also explore how digital tools can be leveraged to improve production efficiency and transform years of accumulated technical experience into more systematic and sustainable competitiveness. This has become an important issue for the continued advancement of the industry.
During his presentation, Chairman Lin reflected on the development of Taiwan’s mold industry and exchanged views with industry professionals on the importance of digital transformation to the future of the mold industry, as well as how traditional manufacturing expertise can continue to be integrated with emerging technologies.
For Xin-Xing, digital transformation is not about replacing the mold-making experience and expertise accumulated over the years. Rather, it is about using new tools and methods to continuously enhance our capabilities in design, manufacturing, and management, thereby improving efficiency, quality, and customer service.
Through the 2026 Mold Industry Transformation Workshop, we also had the valuable opportunity to exchange perspectives with professionals from the mold and manufacturing industries. Together, we reflected on how Taiwan’s mold industry can continue to innovate, upgrade its capabilities, and create greater added value in the future.

Although TAIMOLD 2026 has come to an end, every interaction and exchange marks the beginning of the next opportunity for collaboration and progress.
